Hands-on advanced concepts for users already familiar with AI fundamentals. Learn to effectively apply AI techniques across any assistant (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to your specific domain. Customizable sessions from 60 minutes to half-day.

AI Agents for Business Users

Introduction to AI agents, their learning capabilities, and business applications. Explore real-world use cases in customer service, sales enablement, and workflow optimization. Ideal for teams who have completed AI fundamentals. Up to 15 participants per session.

Who are these sessions for?

Our half day programs are designed for any organisation — from small businesses taking their first steps with AI to large enterprises embedding AI into strategy. We tailor examples and exercises to your industry, team size, and level of AI experience.

Do I need technical skills to attend?

No. Our approach is platform agnostic and jargon free. We focus on practical understanding, critical thinking, and real world application — not coding or engineering.

How many people can join each session?

Foundation and Application tiers: up to 15 participants. Leadership tier: up to 12 participants. For larger groups, we can run multiple sessions or design a scaled delivery plan.

What's included in the price?

Pre session planning and customisation, all learning materials and resources, interactive exercises and live demonstrations, post session summary with key takeaways and next steps. Travel costs (if applicable) are quoted separately.

Can the content be customised to our industry?

Yes. For Custom AI Workshop and AI for Leaders, we run a short discovery process before the session to align examples, tools, and case studies with your sector and goals.

Absolutely. Many clients start with Foundation for the wider team, then follow with Application or Leadership for targeted groups.
